This is a passport for a child with ASD who has a lot of anxiety and therefore a lot of behaviour difficulties.   It is designed to travel with the child, and even has a section based on talking mats for the child to fill in.   It was made in Word, and designed so that each page folds in half and slots into the clear dividers in an A5 booklet.   This way, a page can be updated without having to print out and bind the whole book again.
